Why Real Estate?
Real Estate Investing has always been a great way to build, create and maintain wealth and prosperity for yourself and your family. After all, they aren’t making any more land, right? Among all the possible business opportunities, Real Estate Investing is by far one of the easiest to understand and least expensive ways to generate wealth and create a financially stable lifestyle in today’s financially tumultuous world. So often we find it staring us right in the face, every time we pass a for sale sign sign on the front yard of a house or see an ad in the local newspaper. Our question to ourselves should be and often is, “how can I benefit from that” or “what can I do with that?” Yet we don’t even know where to start looking.
We may Google the topic Real Estate Investing only to be drowned in ads for seminars for Real Estate gurus who simply fly into town for a short time and give a speech in a hotel room and then fly away again leaving you only with a 1-800 number to reach some switchboard where you will be put on hold for long time periods. These seminars usually include an opportunity at the end to attend another seminar with more information, this time for a fee, you are just fed enough information to entice you to attend the next seminar with an even higher price tag only to be fed a little more information than you had been given in the last seminar.
And when you buy these programs, they often cost upwards of $30,000 to $60,000 and each time you sign up for something new you have to pay more and more, it is just for one topic and it is only for one year and then you have to pay that same amount again. No matter which of these you find yourself involved with, these programs leave you wanting. Or you can simply switch on YouTube and type in “Real Estate Investing” only to watch some videos that will give you incomplete information about the subject and provide NO support. We call this “YouTube University”. No matter the name, all these programs will ultimately leave you wanting
