 Our education is broken down into two overall sections. These sections are Essentials and Advanced Investor Training (AIT). The Essentials package includes subjects such as:

1. Finding Real Estate Deals (getting started finding real estate deals
2. Creative Acquisitions (various creative means of doing real estate deals)
3. Tax and Legal Strategies Days 1 and 2 (including how to save money on taxes and how to set up your business entity)
4. Real Estate Red Flags (what not to do when investing in Real Estate)
5. Finding the Deal of the Decade every week (how the best real estate deals are no so hard to find)
6. Negotiations (how to negotiate anything effectively and the strategies for doing so)
7. Credit Management (how credit works and how to increase your credit so that you can effectively use it to invest in real estate)
8. Velocity Banking (how to pay off debt in years instead of decades and save $ thousands in interest payments).

While at first glance, some may consider these subjects to be basic knowledge that they are already aware of, there is a high likelihood that they aren’t aware of ALL of them. Since these subjects are “Essential” to Real Estate Investing, they are an intrinsic part of our program and are important to make sure that this information is available to the people who are investors with our community
